Photo Video DJ and MC Studio office space- great ;ocation with parking, Just South of LIE on Rt.112 in Medford, I have a 600`feet up stairs` and 600` feet basment work space with storage down stairs. Big window face’s Rt. 112, nice location, nice store front, will stay there if I can find a partner, otherwise cannot aford alone- office space, best set up for a Photo/video or DJ /MC and I do book weddinsg and events…. Looking for a pasrtner, $500 each a month, and split electric, heat is included….! Or can run any buissness will just have to share with an a;lready set up Photo studio, established 1 year!
